2. Ordering

Orders placed on Bamini constitute an offer to purchase products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion without prior notice.

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order

• All information provided during checkout must be accurate and complete

• Order confirmation will be sent via email

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors

• Promotions and discounts are valid only during the specified period

4. Payment

Full payment must be completed before order dispatch. We accept payments through credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets via secure payment gateways.

• We do not store your card or payment details

• Orders will not be confirmed in case of failed transactions

• Any additional payment gateway charges are the customer’s responsibility

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

• Free shipping may be available on eligible orders

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon dispatch

• We are not responsible for delays caused by natural events, strikes, or courier issues

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original packaging with invoice.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless defective)

• Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after verification

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours
